Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. She is most famous for her role as Skyler White on the AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward She has also appeared on The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting during her time at Preparatory School. At the end of the 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre through Northwestern University. Anna was working in the theatre in the Chicago area for a few years, before attempting her luck in TV and films. Anna's first big character was Arden, in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. At the beginning of 1990, she was a frequent actor in both film and TV including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. In 2008, she was picked in the role of Skyler on Breaking Bad. She also starred in the Deadwood film as well as Sully. Gunn was on stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn also played a part in the show Numbered Day, which is an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio-based plays. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship.
